The Legend Seeds organization currently employs over 80 talented team members in the Midwest and is looking for a growth-focused, hardworking, energetic, and results-driven Warehouse Operator to help support our team. Job Responsibilities

• Work with the Wahpeton Warehouse Manager on setting goals and expectations for all areas of responsibility.
• Bag, tag and label product.
• Follow Legend Operating Procedures.
• Sample seed for Quality Assurance.
• Prepare loads for distribution.
• Assist in inventory counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Use, promote, and monitor appropriate employee safety procedures.
• Maintain the warehouse, equipment, and grounds.
• Other duties as assigned to help Legend and your team reach their goals

Best Candidate will have:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Prefer CDL (Commercial Driver License with valid health card) or ability to obtain in 6 months
• Private Pesticide Applicators License or ability to obtain
• Forklift experience
• Attention to detail and customer serviced focused
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and basic computer functions

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is largely an active, standing role and lifting is required. This would require bending and ability to lift to 60 pounds as necessary.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, typical hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional earlier start times, evening and/or weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Travel

5-10% travel is expected for this position
