Warehouse Operator - Willow Lake SD Soybean Processing Plant

Legend Seeds is seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Warehouse Operator to join our team at the Willow Lake Soybean Processing Plant. Key Responsibilities:

• Condition and package soybeans for shipping, ensuring quality and accuracy

• Handle soybeans with care to maintain product integrity

• Assist with inventory counts and recordkeeping to support efficient operations

• Collaborate with quality assurance team to verify that products meet company standards

• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety protocols and procedures

• Be on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 60 lbs regularly

• Support other warehouse duties as needed to ensure smooth plant operations

   

Skills and Qualifications:

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks

• Have a CDL or ability to obtain

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Safety-oriented mindset with a focus on maintaining a safe work environment

• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 60 lbs regularly

• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team

• Prior experience in warehousing, agriculture, or manufacturing is a plus but not required

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, typical hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional earlier start times, evening and/or weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Travel

5-10% travel is expected for this position
